Just return the jewellery urn and all the inclusions in their original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Forever Near. Your email alert must contain a brief note explaining why your decision to return the jewellery urn to us. All return postage costs are at your expense. If you are exchanging an item please also include a self addressed postal satchel so that the new item can be returned to you.
Please note any jewellery urn that is engraved or already partially filled is not able to be refunded or exchanged. The only time this is accepted is if the item is found to be faulty.
